Job Description- Maintenance of P&ID templates and engineering lists in Comos (CAE tool).
- Maintenance of copy templates FuBe (function descriptions) and FuP (function plan).
- Implementation of technical HZI standards
- Technical support in the creation of operating instructions (templates and projects)
- Review, implementation and change documentation of improvement proposals
- Preparation of technical documents for the procurement of the lot "control cabinet plunger / grate
- Preparation of P&I and engineering lists for execution projects and partly for tenders.
- Preparation of FuP / FuBe incl. FIT / FAT test and cooperation in the preparation of the main interlocking list (HVL)
- Process specifications for planning and construction and verification of correct implementation
- Detail engineering in projects (e.g. design of piping systems, selection of unit types, etc.)
- Answering consultant and customer questions and implementing approved change requests from the customer or subcontractors in the engineering documents
- Participation in higher-level design reviews and process-related risk analyses (e.g.) Hazop study)
- Specification of measurement technology (measurement principle, measurement range, measurement position)
- IB support and supervision
- As-built processing of engineering documents according to IB (RI, FuP/FuBe, lists)
- Independent handling of similar activities
- Good product knowledge
- Convinces interlocutors even in controversial discussions
- Can determine operational procedures on the basis of analyses
- Has experience in using standardised methods to identify challenging problems
- Selects solutions and communicates them to individual interface partners
- Can develop policies and guidelines for a specific subject area
- Can contribute skills in appropriate situations to help shape the environment
- Good knowledge of English; other foreign languages an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Dealing with CAE tools (Comos etc.)
