Retail Marketing POS Project Coordinator

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Rollout-Management

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung bei Produkte- und Kommunikations Rollouts
  • Verantwortlich für Planogramme, Rolloutplanungen und Briefings an die Partner / Agenturen gemäss Richtlinien
  • Verantwortlich für das Geräte- und Materialmanagement, sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung der Planogramme an den POS
  • Proaktive Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit dem Sales Team, bezüglich Geräteausstellung, Bewirtschaftung und Partnerkommunikation
  • Erstellung von Reportings auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene, je nach Stakeholdern und Anforderungen

 Maintenance

  • Koordination und Sicherstellung der Ausführung von Wartungsfällen am POS
  • Tracking, Nachverfolgung und Unterstützung der Agenturen

 Special Events und Sonderprojekte

  • Unterstützung, Koordination bei Special Events und Sonderprojekte des Retail Marketing Teams

 Hard Skills:

  • Kaufmännischer / Technischer Abschluss oder ähnliches
  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Solide Erfahrung im Retail Marketing oder in verwandten Bereichen
  • Solide Erfahrung in der IT-, Telekommunikations- oder Unterhaltungselektronikbranche oder in verwandten Branchen
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, Fristen einzuhalten und Arbeitslasten zu priorisieren
  • Fähigkeit, Teamziele auf allen Ebenen aufrechtzuerhalten
  • Solides analytisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

 IT-Fähigkeiten:

  • Ausgezeichnete Nutzung von PowerPoint und Excel
  • Gutes Verständnis von Hard- und Software
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis der Netzwerktechnologie und des Servermanagements (z. B. Remote-Inhaltsverwaltung)
  • Fahrzeugausweis der Kategorie B

 Sprache:

  • Bevorzugt Muttersprache Deutsch und fliessend in Englisch
  • Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind ein Plus
