Le Data Specialist joue un rôle essentiel dans le Data Office, agissant comme un point de contact privilégié. Son rôle consiste à recueillir, analyser et remettre en question les demandes qui lui sont présentées. Il offre un soutien fonctionnel réel et est capable de comprendre rapidement les différents défis métiers posés, tout en élaborant les premiers éléments livrables nécessaires à la concrétisation de ces demandes.

Data Specialist - Confirmé ou Expert - m/f

Notre client est une société basée dans le canton de Vaud qui fait en sorte d'accompagner au mieux ses collaborateurs, au travers du travail flexible et le bien-être de ses salariés.

Missions

Vous possédez les compétences nécessaires pour animer des séances de travail fonctionnelles visant à recueillir et analyser les besoins, puis vous assurez de transmettre ces informations de manière claire.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, les producteurs et les utilisateurs de données afin de définir les objets métiers exposés, en veillant à fournir une documentation exhaustive.

Vous aurez pour mission de définir et de représenter les relations entre les objets au niveau conceptuel, en collaboration avec l'équipe d'architecture.

Vous contribuerez concrètement à l'élaboration de la stratégie d'action de l'équipe Data en vous appuyant sur les données recueillies.

Vous transmettrez au Data Architect les besoins en matière de structuration et d'intégration des données.

Vous proposerez des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés à la qualité des données et élaborerez des règles pour améliorer leur qualité.

Vous enrichirez le répertoire des données afin d'assurer une traçabilité et une documentation technico-fonctionnelle de haut niveau.

Profil du candidat

Titulaire d'un diplôme de master en ingénierie informatique ou en statistiques, vous possédez une expérience préalable en tant qu'analyste, spécialiste des données, consultant en données ou ingénieur en données.

Vous avez une solide compréhension des environnements de données volumineux, des bases de données relationnelles (SQL) et des outils de gouvernance des données (Catalogue de données, MDM).

Vos compétences incluent la modélisation des bases de données et la cartographie des données.

Vous êtes à l'aise pour travailler au sein d'équipes de projets transversales, en collaboration avec des intervenants internes et externes, y compris à l'échelle internationale, et vous êtes capable de simplifier les concepts techniques.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de confidentialité en raison de la nature sensible de certaines données, tout en ayant des compétences relationnelles développées.

Vous avez une maîtrise des outils et des méthodes mentionnés.
