En tant que Technical Support Specialist vous reportez directement au Technical Services Director.
Il s'agit ici d'un contrat en CDI dont la date de prise de poste est à discuter.
En tant que Technical Support Specialist sera la référence pour toutes les questions techniques et organisationnelles en rapport avec sa technologie et vous travaillez étroitement avec :
  • le support technique des entités locales
  • les Field Service Technicians/Moonteurs externes
  • le département des pièces.
Technical Support Specialist Web Fed Solutions & Register products

Mission :

  • Assurer le support technique à nos clients et nos monteurs :
    • Répondre de manière professionnelle à nos clients, nos monteurs et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Intervenir chez nos clients pour des problèmes pointus
    • Dépannages complexes
    • apport de solutions aux problèmes techniques
  • Participer au service de piquet 24/24
  • Participer à la formation de nos techniciens


Profil recherché :

  • Formation d'ingénieur en électronique ou en automation
  • Formation complémentaire en automation si vous êtes ingénieur électronique
  • Experience pratique dans le domaine de la mise en service et du dépannage
  • Connaissance en programmation PLC Siemens S7
  • Maîtrise de SAP
  • Anglais niveau B2/C1

Notre site de production de Mex, situé dans la région Lausannoise en Suisse, est par ailleurs le siège principal du Groupe Bobst - le plus grand site du Groupe - au sein duquel se trouvent environ 1500 personnes passionnées ainsi qu'environ 200 apprentis qui y sont formés chaque année.
Le site offre un cadre de travail idyllique. En campagne et proche des grands axes routiers, il est également desservi par les transports publics.
