Product Owner for Digital Inspections solutions (DIT / DMT)

In this context BOBST is looking for a Product Owner for Digital Inspection Solutions (DIT / DMT). The product owner will be responsible for the business development plan and the product evolution.

Working with our innovative Digital Solution in charge of our next generation of connected products and services, the Product Owner will establish and communicate the strategy for his/her dedicated Business Unit.

He/She will also define the roadmap through the backlog (contents and priorities) and support our sales forces (Equipment & Services, maxASP Inside Sales) in promoting Digital.
The Product Owner will report to the Head of Digital Solutions based in Lyon (France).

He/She will be located in Mex (Switzerland), it’s a permanent contract and 100% rate.
We are looking for a Product Owner with demonstrated can-do attitude, with a background in Business management, and a proven track record under Agile framework.

We are seeking a solution-oriented key actor, able to define solutions while understanding business needs and creating bonds with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the digital inspections solutions (DIT/DMT) annual budget and 3 years business plan for the Group
- Define the sales strategy, segmentation & sales approach
- Provide continuous market feedbacks to develop the team
- Propose and support any pilot installations (workflow integration, remote support, Bobst Connect) and lighthouse projects, establishing feedback loops between customers and the development team
- Proactively present digital solutions to customers to create opportunities and act as their voice to bring new requirements and business opportunities internally
- Develop KPI and business intelligence, analyzing lost & won deals
- Drive business cases for new developments
- Plan and lead the introduction of 2023 novelties
- Define with the communication teams, Marketing & Communication materials that include
- Ensure the management of the product lifecycle
- Set up robust and RACI flows from order to delivery (item data in SAP, order process, delivery from the supplier, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Be a strong “Digital Vision” ambassador (zero fault packaging)
- Good knowledge of setting up and executing production orders (workflow) in packaging production

- Basic knowledge in Automation, Control Systems, Networks, MES/MIS, ERP, Web technologies, API
- Knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of packaging production

**Education and Experience**
- University degree.
- Engineer profile with good Business management skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in at least one industry / business, packaging industry experience is a strong advantage
- Business English proficiency, other languages are a plus
- Good understanding of Bobst markets and dynamic
