Tes responsabilités pour le poste

  • Soutenir les collaborateurs dans leurs parcours de formation continue
  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes formations continues
  • Gérer les budgets alloués à la formation
  • Communiquer en interne sur la formation initiale et continue
  • Gérer et suivre la partie opérationnelle de notre Learning Management Platform (LMS)
  • Evaluer et mettre en oeuvre des nouvelles tendances dans le domaine de la formation

Tes qualifications pour ce poste

  • CFC avec maturité professionnelle commerciale ou formation équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'organisation et la gestion des formations
  • Personne structurée, proactive, orientée solutions, ayant le sens du détail et une aisance relationnelle
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (minimum B2) et en anglais (minimum B2)
