Tes responsabilités pour le poste

  • Soutenir les collaborateurs dans leurs démarches de formation continue.
  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes sessions de formation.
  • Gérer les budgets alloués à la formation.
  • Communiquer en interne sur la formation.
  • Gérer la partie opérationnelle de la plateforme d'apprentissage (LMS).
  • Se tenir informé/e des nouvelles tendances en matière de formation et de développement des compétences.

Tes qualifications pour ce poste

  • CFC avec maturité professionnelle commerciale ou formation équivalente.
  • Une expérience réussie en qualité d'assistant formation ou équivalent.
  • Personne organisée, proactive, orientée solutions, sens du détail et aisance relationnelle.
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office
  • De langue maternelle française ou allemande, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (minimum B2) et en anglais (minimum B2)
  • Poste actuellement situé à Villars-sur-Glâne (FR), à partir d'octobre 2024 à Liebefeld (BE)
