Client:
Boutique financial institution seeks an experienced office coordinator/receptionist for a temporary position for at least 1 month. Immediate start in a busy, office-based role.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, managing calls, emails, and schedules
- Handling post, supplies, expenses, and IT coordination
- Supporting office admin and projects
Profile:
- 5+ years' reception experience - ideally from banking, asset management, family office or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French, well-presented, discreet, and proactive
- Strong customer service, MS Office skills
- Resilient, mature, flexible and good attention to details
- Able to work 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, in central Geneva (nice offices - Rive Gauche)
- Swiss work permit holders only (frontalier OK)
