Office Coordinator - Receptionist

Client:

Boutique financial institution seeks an experienced office coordinator/receptionist for a temporary position for at least 1 month. Immediate start in a busy, office-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, managing calls, emails, and schedules
  • Handling post, supplies, expenses, and IT coordination
  • Supporting office admin and projects

Profile:

  • 5+ years' reception experience - ideally from banking, asset management, family office or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and French, well-presented, discreet, and proactive
  • Strong customer service, MS Office skills
  • Resilient, mature, flexible and good attention to details
  • Able to work 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, in central Geneva (nice offices - Rive Gauche)
  • Swiss work permit holders only (frontalier OK)
