Auf einen Blick

Durch die fortschreitende Standardisierung im Füllliniengeschäft wird die Pflege von Stammdaten immer wichtiger und umfangs-reicher. Als Master Data Manager sind Sie der Experte für die Verwaltung und Pflege dieser Stammdaten, mit dem Fokus auf Material und Produktion. Sie definieren gemeinsam mit den lokalen und globalen Fachabteilungen die Konzepte, um die Qualität der Daten zu verbessern und damit die Kosten in der Produktion zu senken. Weiterhin unterstützen Sie unser 7-köpfiges AVOR Team als «Beschaffer» für Eigenfertigungsaufträge. Sie überblicken die Materialbedarfe für Kundenaufträge und kümmern sich um ausreichend gedeckte Lager-Bestände. 

Aufgaben

  • Pflege von Materialstammdaten
  • Anlegen und Pflegen von Artikelstämmen, Stammarbeitsplänen und Stammstücklisten
  • Auslösen und betreuen von Eigenfertigungsaufträgen 
  • Ermitteln der optimalen Losgrössen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung der Lagerdefinition 
  • Kontinuierliches Verbessern der Datenqualität im ERP-System
  • Mitwirken bei strategischen Projekten

Hardskills

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung Technischer Kaufmann oder Techniker HF
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich AVOR oder Stammdatenpflege
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit PDM-Systemen, vorzugsweise PRO.FILE
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang im IT-Umfeld (Office/Excel, ERP System)
  • Erfahrung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
