- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Digital Advertising Produkte um neue Märkte zu erschliessen
- Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Markteinführung, inklusive dem Design und der Implementierung sämtlicher end-to-end-Prozesse, sowie Schulung der Vertriebs- und Produktionsteams
- Evaluieren von Technologien und neuer Features sowie Identifizieren von Möglichkeiten zur Innovation und Verbesserung auf Basis von Markttrends und Daten-Analysen
- Übersetzen von Anforderungen in Spezifikationen für Engineering und Design-Teams

Du bist
Automatisierer:in, Lösungsfinder:in, Technologie-Versteher:in und begeisterst uns mit:
- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produkt Management oder Produkt Marketing, vorzugsweise im KMU Segment
- Umfassendes Digital Advertising Know-How, mit Fokus auf Google Ads und Programmatic
- Unternehmerisches Denken und hervorragende Problemlösungs-, Organisations- und Analysefähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Wachstumsmentalität
- Erfahrung mit dem Managen cross-funktionaler Teams
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
