Für unseren Kunden, eine renommierte Schweizer Bank mit Sitz in Bern, suchen wir zwei Business Analysten mit Expertise in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)

Hauptaufgaben:
- Durchführung von Analysen der Geschäftsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung in funktionale Spezifikationen für die CRIMS-Implementierung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und die Übereinstimmung mit den CRIMS-Funktionen sicherzustellen.
- Moderation von Workshops und Meetings, um Anforderungen zu sammeln, Feedback einzuholen und die Entscheidungsfindung voranzutreiben.
- Entwicklung und Pflege der Dokumentation, einschließlich Geschäftsprozessabläufe, Anwenderberichte und Systemkonfigurationen.
- Sie fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen Geschäftsanwendern und technischen Teams, überbrücken Kommunikationslücken und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Anforderungen

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Business Analyst mit Expertise im Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit CRIMS-Analyse oder CRIMS -Implementierung in einer früheren Funktion
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und diese in technische Anforderungen umzusetzen.
- Flexibilität für Remote-Arbeit (innerhalb der Schweiz) mit gelegentlichen Reisen nach Bern oder Zürich
- Sehr gute Deutsch sowie Englisch-Kenntnisse.
