Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :

 

 

Administrator/System Engineer (H/F)

ACTIVITÉ PRINCIPALE :

  • Assurer un support technique de niveau 2 dédié à la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM) et plus spécifiquement aux tâches opérationnelles

 

EXPÉRIENCES PROFESSIONNELLES :

  • Expérience éprouvée dans la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM), avec une connaissance approfondie des outils de suivi de tickets comme JIRA
  • Expérience et/ou certification démontrée dans le domaine IAM, avec une connaissance des technologies SSO, MFA, PIM, etc
  • Solides compétences techniques en environnements Windows et LDAP. Linux et Webservice est un plus
  • Expérience pratique des outils clés tels que PowerShell, SQL, Active Directory et Azure pour une gestion optimale des identités et des accès

  • Capacité avérée à simplifier les termes techniques pour une compréhension aisée des utilisateurs tout en assurant une communication professionnelle
  • Sens pédagogique développé pour partager les connaissances et les bonnes pratiques avec les membres de l'équipe et les utilisateurs
  • Compétences analytiques pointues pour identifier les problèmes sous-jacents et proposer des solutions durables et innovantes
  • Capacité avérée à produire une documentation claire, concise et précise pour assurer la traçabilité des activités et faciliter le partage des connaissances
  • Aptitude éprouvée à travailler efficacement en équipe, en contribuant activement à la résolution de problèmes et au partage des responsabilités
  • Polyvalence et autonomie pour s'adapter rapidement aux nouveaux défis et aux évolutions technologiques

 

FORMATIONS ET CERTIFICATIONS :

  • CFC ou équivalent en informatique
  • Bachelor ou équivalent en ingénierie informatique
  • Certification ou expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine IAM

 

LANGUES :

  • Maîtrise du français
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais technique pour une communication claire et efficace au sein de l'équipe et avec les fournisseurs externes
