Votre mission est de gérer la mise en place des éléments IAM, de la phase de conception jusqu'aux tests avant mise en production, au support en cas d'incidents et à la mise en uvre de corrections. Vous serez responsable de la plateforme IAM et garant du respect des standards. Vous participerez à l'architecture du système d'information et serez force de proposition pour les parties IAM et sécurité des API.

Missions

  • Responsable :
    • Met en place et assure le respect des standards IAM au sein de l'organisation.
    • Est force de proposition sur les processus de gouvernance IAM.
    • Garantie la cohérence et l'intégration des nouvelles solutions.
    • Anticipe les besoins IAM pour les applicatifs existants et les projets à venir.
    • Effectue la veille technologique concernant IAM et la sécurité.
    • Aide à la mise en place des systèmes Active Directory et Microsoft Entra
    • Elabore la refonte de la gestion B2E, B2B et B2C
    • Assure le suivi de la partie System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) des différents applicatifs.
    • Gère les PAM (Privileged Access Management) et PIM (Privileged Identity Management).
    • Participe activement à l'intégration de Microsoft 365 dans l'IT de l'organisation.
    • Propose et implémente des solutions d'automatisation des tâches.

  • Collaborateur :
    • Apporte son expertise aux équipes d'architecture, de développement et au métier.
    • Soutien les opérationnels et les aide dans leur choix.
    • Aide les chefs de projets en proposant des solutions d'architecture et des chiffrages.
    • Intervient dans les échanges avec les partenaires externes.
    • Maintient la documentation.

  • Proposition de solutions :
    • Contribue à la réalisation des projets.
    • Propose des solutions pertinentes dans le contexte IT et organisationnel.
    • Analyse les risques et propose des variantes.
    • A une grande capacité de compréhension des aspects fonctionnels.
    • Assure un support durant les tests, accompagne la mise en production.

  • Support :
    • Traite les incidents de niveau 3, analyse les problèmes et livre les corrections.
    • Apporte un soutient technico-fonctionnelle aux équipes IAM L2

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure (universitaire, EPF, HES, ou équivalent) dans le domaine informatique ou technique.
  • Expérience réussie et significative en tant que consultant et/ou responsable IAM, idéalement au sein d'une grande entreprise pluridisciplinaire.
  • Connaissances effectives des bonnes pratiques sur des environnements hybrides avec charges et services sur Azure et Microsoft 365
  • Expériences sur les technologies Microsoft: Active Directory Services (AD), Entra Application Proxy, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Windows Hello, Azure Key Vault
  • Expériences des protocoles SAML, OAUTH et Open ID Connect.
  • Bonne maitrise du Scripting PowerShell et KQL
  • Notions de sécurité des API (App tokens, User tokens, scopes et rôles) ;
  • Des notions sur la plateforme UserCube serait un plus
  • Bon niveau d'anglais nécessaire, allemand un plus.
