- Participation à l'amélioration des flux et des processus de travail
- Formation commerciale de base avec un flair technique
- Solide expérience professionnelle dans le service interne des ventes dans l'industrie technique ainsi que dans l'utilisation de systèmes ERP
- Connaissances approfondies des applications MS Office, y compris Excel
- L'allemand et le français parlés et écrits sont indispensables, l'anglais est un plus
- Dynamique, proactif, communicatif avec le sens du service
- Polyvalence, fiabilité, attention aux données et à la qualité de l'information
- Travail autonome, structuré et grande disponibilité
