Un.e Business Developer / Commercial.e

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Business Developer / Commercial.e afin de compléter notre équipe et accompagner notre croissance.

 

Dans ce rôle, ton objectif principal sera d’acquérir de nouveaux clients dans le secteur de l’énergie et de l’immobilier, afin d’augmenter notre part de marché et d’accompagner notre développement.

Tu prospecteras auprès d’une clientèle variée, comprenant des investisseurs, des promoteurs immobiliers, des développeurs de quartiers, des municipalités, des architectes et des planificateurs énergétiques. Tu accompagneras ces clients pour les aider à mettre en œuvre avec succès nos solutions.

 

Tu travailleras en collaboration avec une équipe dynamique d'ingénieurs et de spécialistes techniques qui te soutiendront tout au long du processus.

 

Tes principales tâches et responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et prospecter activement le marché en Suisse.
  • Soutenir le développement commercial à l’international
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et les nouveaux.
  • Être responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vente : rencontrer les clients, proposer des solutions adaptées, élaborer des offres, négocier les contrats et les termes des accords.
  • Participer à des événements tels que des conférences, des salons professionnels ou des réunions sectorielles en Suisse et en Europe.
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation de l'offre de solutions et à l'amélioration des produits existants.

 

Ton profil:

  • Expérience avérée dans la vente et développement commercial.

  • Formation initiale ou continue dans le secteur de la construction, de l'immobilier, ou de l’énergie ou expérience dans le domaine.
  • Capacité à étendre son réseau et à identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Excellent communicateur/communicatrice.
  •  Tu es une personne méthodique, curieuse, tenace, avec un esprit d'initiative et autonome.
  • Un goût du défi, un esprit d’équipe et « hands on » attitude
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit. La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand est un atout.
