Start: ab Juni oder nach Vereinbarung

Anstellungsart: Teilzeit (ca. 40%), flexibles Arbeitsmodell ermöglicht temporäre Pensumreduktion (z.B. in Prüfungsphasen)

Aufgaben
  • Du nimmst unserem CEO und den Co-Foundern einige operative und administrative Aufgaben ab und hältst ihnen den Rücken frei. Mögliche Aufgaben umfassen beispielsweise:
  • Vielfältige Unterstützung in Bereichen wie Business Development, Operations, Finanzen und IT
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Investorengesprächen und strategischen Meetings
  • Erstellen von wichtigen Materialien und Präsentationen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Unterstützung bei der Skalierung
  • Organisatorische Unterstützung des Gründerteams
Qualifikation
  • gute schriftliche Fähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch
  • gute Kenntnisse mit Excel oder Bereitschaft, diese sich on-the-job anzueignen
  • eine präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an der Arbeit bei einem Startup und ein Flair für Unternehmertum. Uns ist die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen, wichtiger als viel Erfahrung

Nice-to-have sind:

  • ein Abschluss, laufende Ausbildung oder autodidaktisch angeeignetes Wissen in Betriebswirtschaft, Banking & Finance oder Recht
  • ein oberflächliches Verständnis von Tech (keine Programmierkenntnisse notwendig)
