Marketing Support Institutional Sales Fund Industry
AufgabenVerantwortlich für die Unterstützung des Institutional Sales im Bereich Alternative Investments (Private Markets, Hedge Funds) bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Dokumentations- und Marketingmaterialen für institutionelle Kunden und Investoren / Support der Portfolio-Manager mit der laufenden Erstellung von massgeschneidertem Anschauungsmaterial und After-Sales-Dokumentation mit quantitativer als auch qualitativer Information / Mitarbeit beim Markt-Research durch Nutzung von Company-Know-how der Fronteinheiten / Weiterentwicklung der Datenbank mit firmeneigenen Daten für schnelle und professionelle Abarbeitung von Kundenanfragen / Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Produktion von Reports, für Manager und Investoren, welche immer die neusten Dynamiken und Zusammenhänge in den Finanzmärkten aufzeigen / Koordination von internationalen Marketing-Veranstaltungen für institutionelle Kunden und Investoren / Initiierung von strategischer Initiativen mit Bezug zu Kundenanalysen, Kundenpräsentationen und Markttransparenz.
QualifikationBachelor oder HF mit Fokus auf Bank & Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik / CFA oder CAIA von Vorteil / Berufserfahrung bei einem internationalen Asset Manager im Sales, Produkt- oder Portfolio Management des Alternative-Investments oder auf einer Bank im strategischen Marketing / Verständnis für die Investmentprodukte in der Fondsindustrie / Erfahrung mit der Analyse der Finanzmärkte und mit der Erstellung von Dokumentations- und Marketingmaterialen für interne und externe Stakeholder / Team- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Kundenfokus / Strukturierter, unkomplizierter Arbeitsstil / Multitasking / Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und flexibel Prioritäten zu setzen / Offene, internationale Denkweise / Gewandt in der Kommunikation und im Umgang mit MS-Office, Excel oder PP / Deutsch und Englisch.
