CRM Management Internship

Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Sales- & CRM Pflege, die uns dabei unterstützen, den Kontakt mit unseren Interessenten zu halten, potentielle Kunden vorzuqualifizieren und diese hinsichtlich ihrer geschäftlichen Ziele strategisch zu beraten.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im CRM-Management mit HubSpot
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Kundendaten
  • Analyse und Auswertung von CRM-Daten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Workflows
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing- und Sales-Teams zur Verbesserung der Kundenkommunikation
Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

  • Studium in Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise HubSpot
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an digitalen Marketingstrategien und Kundenmanagement
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
