Our client is the asset management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a product specialist in the fund industry (m, f, d) as Fund Product Developer - Private Credit Market Aufgaben As part of a team, focus on the development, structuring, and management of new investment products in the private credit sector / Performing quantitative portfolio analyses, including performance attribution, risk assessment, scenario modeling, and benchmarking as a basis for conversations with customers and strategic decisions/ Participating in the development, structuring, and management of new investment products such as funds and customized solutions for clients in the private credit market / Identifying client needs and market trends to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions / Designing the market launch strategy in collaboration with the investment teams / Creating fundraising materials in collaboration with client advisors / Supporting client due diligence by creating tailor made due diligence questionnaires / Working closely with the legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all new products / Preparation of customized client presentations and analyses / Support with ad hoc inquiries from investors, potential clients, and portfolio managers / Monitoring and optimization of existing credit market products to respond to ongoing changes in the private credit market and client preferences. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration / CFA charter (or in the process of obtaining it) a major advantage / Experience in the fund industry (fund manager, service provider or consulting) in product structuring or product development in the area of private credit / Knowledge of various types of private credit funds/vehicles, investor preferences, and tax, legal, and operational aspects / Project management skills, multitasking abilities, and confidence in setting priorities to ensure successful product outcomes / Ability to lead and empower others as well as tackle and execute tasks yourself / Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills for interdisciplinary collaboration / IT affinity and MS Office skills (Excel/PP) / Languages: German and English.
