Product Developer - Private Credit Funds coni + partner, established 1993, is a consultancy company with headquarters in Zurich and subsidiaries in Düsseldorf and Shanghai. We are specialised in custom-fit staffing in tune with the corporate culture by ensuring a perfect match of professional skills, references and personal as well as social skills of successful candidates. Our client is the asset management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a product specialist in the fund industry (m, f, d). Responsibilities Focus on the development, structuring, and management of new investment products in the private credit sector Perform quantitative portfolio analyses, including performance attribution, risk assessment, scenario modeling, and benchmarking as a basis for conversations with customers and strategic decisions Participate in the development, structuring, and management of new investment products such as funds and customized solutions for clients in the private credit market Identify client needs and market trends to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions Design the market launch strategy in collaboration with the investment teams Create fundraising materials in collaboration with client advisors Support client due diligence by creating tailor‑made due diligence questionnaires Work closely with the legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all new products Prepare customized client presentations and analyses Support with ad hoc inquiries from investors, potential clients, and portfolio managers Monitor and optimise existing credit market products to respond to ongoing changes in the private credit market and client preferences Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration CFA charter (or in the process of obtaining it) – a major advantage Experience in the fund industry (fund manager, service provider or consulting) in product structuring or product development in the area of private credit Knowledge of various types of private credit funds/vehicles, investor preferences, and tax, legal, and operational aspects Project management skills, multitasking abilities, and confidence in setting priorities to ensure successful product outcomes Ability to lead and empower others as well as tackle and execute tasks yourself Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills for interdisciplinary collaboration IT affinity and MS Office skills (Excel/PP) Languages: German and English Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Finance Industries: Business Consulting and Services Please send us your documents for an initial contact by e‑mail to contact@coni-partner.com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
