Shape and mentor a high-performance engineering culture grounded in speed, ownership, and craft. Work side by side with the founders as a peer and long-term owner. You Might Be Right For This If You’ve built or scaled SaaS products end-to-end, ideally on AWS/.NET or a similar modern stack. You’ve helped take a product from ~$1M to $10M ARR - you understand what real scale feels like. You’ve led teams through both creation and growth, from first lines of code to a product used at scale.
