Nous développons des technologies de pulvérisation ultra-précises, équipées d'intelligence artificielle, permettant aux agriculteurs de réduire drastiquement l'utilisation de produits chimiques dans leurs champs.Ecorobotix est en pleine croissance Pour poursuivre notre mission, nous recherchons notre prochain(e) : Software Team Manager Vos missions : Gestion d une équipe technique Diriger une équipe de 5 à 8 ingénieurs spécialisés dans le développement logiciel embarqué sur systèmes Unix. Superviser et guider le développement de l équipe responsable du socle applicatif machine. Leadership technique et stratégique Collaborer étroitement avec le Head of Software, le CTO et les autres managers de développement pour définir les orientations techniques. Piloter les choix techniques depuis les études de faisabilité initiales jusqu'à la validation finale sur le terrain. Suivre et appliquer rigoureusement les pratiques industrielles de développement logiciel. Assurer l'exécution des projets en coordination avec les chefs de projet R&D. Développement et support des équipes Partager votre expertise technique avec les équipes. Challenger et stimuler l'innovation et la créativité des développeurs. Soutenir les responsables d'équipe dans leurs missions. Faciliter la progression et le développement des compétences des équipes. Agir comme interface entre les différents départements. Gestion de l'environnement de travail Contribuer à créer un environnement de travail collaboratif. Fournir un retour constructif aux membres de l'équipe. Favoriser la communication et la synergie entre les différents groupes. Votre profil : Diplômé d'un Master en informatique ou en systèmes. 10 ans d expérience dans des environnements industriels. 6 ans d'expérience en management d équipe logicielle embarquée dans un environnement agile. Expertise confirmée sur des problématiques de développement logiciel, performance d exécution, interfaçage entre différents applicatifs, gestion et maintenance de multiples développements en parallèle. Connaissances attendues en Java, C, scripting, architecture logicielle, machines d état, API, bases de données. Niveau d anglais B2. Vous avez : D'excellentes capacités interpersonnelles et de communication. Une aptitude à interagir avec différents profils et personnalités. Des compétences techniques avancées en développement logiciel embarqué. Une capacité de leadership et une vision stratégique. De l adaptabilité et un sens de l'innovation.
