**Logistics Operating Model Expert (M/W)**

**CONTEXT**

In the context of the acceleration of its logistics transformation, with the implementation of new distribution models, the group supply chain function is reinforcing its capabilities in the deployment and control of the logistics operating model.

The Business Capabilities Department is, in charge of guaranteeing that the Richemont logistics operating model is constantly optimized and that it continually evolves to anticipate the needs and to support our Maisons.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?**

You will **develop and maintain logistics operating model** global documentation:

- Review and clarify logistics documentation strategy
- Work with logistics operations and Group Tech department to inventory the existing content and define the target
- Build and maintain the logistics operating model documentation
- Stay in contact with operations and projects to identify documentation evolution needs

You will **contribute to the Logistics product management** to support **permanent evolution of the operating model**:

- Be part of the products team for managing the operating model evolution roadmap

You will contribute to **the tests organization**:

- Regroup all tests information linked to projects and evolutions of the operating model
- Ensure communication and alerts regarding tests global planning
- Manage implementation of automated tests

You will contribute to **roles**:

- Manage link between logistics operations and Group Tech for the definition of roles and access authorizations to the logistics operating systems

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?**

You have a **proven expertise in logistics process design and reengineering**, along with experience in the **use of SAP**.

You are **interested in communication and documentation** and have **significant writing skills**. You are interested and have competences in **information system (ERP, WMS)**

You have very good **interpersonal skills**, with the **ability to constructively argument** as well as accompany teams through change. You are **positive and adaptive** to people from different disciplines, with varying degrees of technical experience, and in an international context.

You are **autonomous, organised, rigorous** and with a good ability to **find solutions** in a **changing environment**.
