**QUELLE SERA VOTRE MISSION ?**

Rejoignez notre équipe Sourcing Intelligence à Villars-sur-Glâne ou Bellevue, selon votre organisation, et accompagnez nos Maisons sur le management des risques et opportunités liés aux fournisseurs:

- Collecter et consolider les données de sourcing des Maisons ainsi que les stratégies
- Animer les séances de partage multi-Maisons
- Suivre le marché des fournisseurs et des concurrents
- Fournir aux Maisons un book fournisseurs avec les données globales recueillies sur le marché
- Être la porte d’entrée pour les demandes de données des différents services de Richemont (sustainability, assurance, etc.)
- Partager les informations nécessaires à la définition de la stratégie industrielle du Groupe et des Maisons
- Amener un support et être un backup de la fonction sourcing intelligence Horlogerie

**QUELLES SONT LES QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES ?**

Au bénéfice d’une **Formation Universitaire, Ingénieur, École de commerce **ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une **expérience de min. 5 ans en sourcing ou procurement joaillerie**. Expérimenté-e en **gestion de projets** et/ou certifié-e PMI ou équivalent, vous avez idéalement travaillé en milieu international ou au sein d’un grand groupe. Vous maitrisez les outils Office (Excel, PowerPoint,)

Doté-e d’un fort esprit d’initiatives, vous savez être à l’écoute, convaincant et vous vous distinguez par votre **sens critique** et de **synthèse**. Agile et innovant-e, vous êtes force de propositions. Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. Des connaissances en italien sont un atout précieux.
