**Financial Controller im internationalen Umfeld 80% - 100% (m/w/d)**

**Spannende Aufgaben für Sie**:

- Business Partner für den Verwaltungsrat sowie das Management einer Familienholding
- Überwachung der finanziellen Ziele der Teilkonzerne in engem Austausch mit den jeweiligen Finanzabteilungen
- Analyse und Reporting zu Monatsabschlüssen/Forecasts/Budgets inklusive Kommentierung
- Erstellen von Präsentationen zu Handen des Verwaltungsrates oder anderer interner Führungsgremien
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung des gruppenweiten Planungsprozesses (Strategie, Budget und Forecasts)
- Ad hoc Auswertungen und Analysen zu verschiedenen Controlling Themen (z.B. Szenariorechnungen)
- Mitarbeit bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des internen Berichtswesens, der KPIs sowie der Controllingprozesse und Controllingtools (u.a. monatliches Reporting-Package, Busninesspläne, Projektreporting)
- Mitarbeit bei M&A-Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams innerhalb von Group Finance (Accounting & Consolidation, Treasury)

**Das wünschen wir uns**:

- Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre qualifizierte Berufserfahrung
- Umfassende Kenntnisse von finanz
- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie ausgeprägtes Flair für Zahlen
- Verständnis für einen internationalen Industriekonzern in einem sich stetig wandelndem Umfeld
- Strategisches/unternehmerisches Denken sowie starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte*r Teamplayer*in mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und positiver Einstellung mit "cando" Mentalität
- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Kenntnisse von modernen Reportingtools von Vorteil
