The CE Packaged Gases (PG) Product Management team (8 people) is an assembly of talented and collaborative experts spanning the seven countries within the Central Europe cluster, including Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, and Turkey.

The Swiss Product Management team (4 people), located at our headquarters in Bern, is a hub of expertise in PG, Bulk, and Gas Handling Equipment.

You'll be an integral part of both the cluster and local product management teams. Depending on your profile and your performances, you may be asked to:

- **Support our Sales & Operations departments**
- in the implementation of the so called S&OP Process
- with market & competition analysis
- in case of supply crisis (e.g. support Business continuity Plan in case of cyber attack)
- with the consolidation of cluster Key Performance Indicators for strategic investments
- **Actively shape the Product portfolio by supporting**
- _the launch of the PG low carbon initiative _
- the transformation of PG CE Product Information Management tool (PIM)
- the (re-)launch of different products
- **Contribute to state of the art the Pricing Management thanks to**:

- the implementation of modern offering and pricing tools
- your support and monitoring of Pricing Campaigns
- **Enable efficient collaboration thanks to your support to**:

- the corporate project to simplify processes in order to improve Customer and Employee Experience.
- the creation of cross border digital business monitoring solutions
- the organization of cluster gathering events

**Education**
- Technical or business engineering background
- Digital affinity

**Hard and soft skills**
- High conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a matrix organization
- Very strong collaborative mindset and communication skills
- Solution oriented
- Excellent use of Google and Microsoft suites
- Knowledges in Power BI or Anaplan would be a plus

**Languages required**
- English - mandatory
- Bilingual in German or French ( The ability to efficiently work in French or German would be very helpful to you)

**Position based in Gümligen (CH) for an initial period of total 12 months, extendable once.**
