**Key responsibilities**
- Establish analytical infrastructure and services under GMP for e.g. biologics, small molecules and peptide parenterals
- Lead and manage a team of scientists within QC
- Liaise with partner units within the Lonza network to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure compliant and effective use of resources like time, personnel, equipment, material, rooms under GMP
- Supervise the installation, qualification and maintenance of instruments for QC Dolphin in close alignment with current best practices and regulations
- Investigation of deviations and OOX results. Management of changes and CAPAs
- Transfer and implement analytical methods and technologies for QC

**Key requirements**
- MS/PhD in Analytics, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Good Experience in respective quality control areas preferably as lead / manager under GMP regulations
- Excellent working knowledge in all relevant analytical techniques and GMP
- Ensure health protection following lab and safety instructions
- Good experience in the area engineering / maintenance preferable in the aseptic manufacturing area. Working in CAPEX projects
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and foster positive interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Must be capable of motivating others, creating a positive work climate
- Ability to effectively prioritize and direct tasks in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive; solution-oriented
