**Key responsibilities**
- Be the single point of contact for the project organization and clients for MES activities
- Establish the project MES roadmap in alignment with internal functions
- Lead the recipe modelling activities for the Electronic Batch Record phase
- Establish the change control process for MES activities
- Design and Execute a training concept for the MES implementation
- Identify risks, escalate them to the global organization proposing/implementing mitigating actions

**Key requirements**
- Basic technical education in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology or any related field
- Extensive experience at a manufacturing site of a Pharmaceutical company in a GMP environment
- Several years' industry experience with MES Systems on process design, shop floor and business support
- Proven process understanding in Sterile manufacturing (GMP, MES, Pharma, Regulatory aspects)
- Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution
- Fluent English and German
- Proven IT knowledge, knowledge in SAP and MES Systems is an asset
