We are currently looking for a Scientist (M/F/d) to join our Microbial DSP Development (Downstream Process Development) team in Visp, Switzerland. Scientist collaborates closely with project teams and is responsible for the planning and execution of laboratory experiments.

Key responsibilities:

- Independently planning, perform and document experiments in the laboratory
- Collect and analyze data for the preparation of reports or presentations
- Provide scientific support/supervision to lab technicians to ensure scientifically sound execution of experiments
- Execute experiments that require high technical skills

Key requirements:

- BSc. or MSc. degree in biotechnology or a related field
- Good understanding and experience with protein chromatography, purification, filtration, and protein analytics
- Have a sense of accuracy, quality, and initiative
- Very flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong teamwork skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in English. German is a plus.
