Für unser Team in der Analytischen Entwicklung von Mikrobiellen Projekten am Standort Visp suchen wir einen Associate Principal Scientist (f/m/d). Als Mitglied unserer Abteilung unterstützen Sie die Etablierung der Analytischen Methoden während der Prozessentwicklung. Dazu gehört die Entwicklung, Transfer, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden im Auftrag unserer Kunden sowie die prozessbegleitende Analytik während der Entwicklungsphase, die Freigabeanalytik von Pilot Batches und von Stabilitätsstudien. Sie arbeiten nach ISO- und GMP Qualitätsrichtlinien, planen und bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich die Ihnen zugeteilten Aufträge und erstellen die dazugehörige Dokumentation.
Ihre Aufgabe:
- Primäre Schnittstelle für technische und wissenschaftliche Aspekte der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von biochemischen und HPLC Assays (z.B. ELISA, Enzyme Assays, RT-qPCR, UV/Vis, icIEF, RP-/SE-/IEX-HPLC etc.)
- Erstellung und finale Revision der komplexen Studienprotokolle, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichte in multiplen Studien entsprechend den GLP-Richtlinien
- Training und Entwicklung von Laboranten und wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitern
- Identifizierung und Implementierung neuer analytischer Technologien und Verantwortung für die Labordigitalisierung und -automatisierung
Anforderungsprofil:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Promotionim Bereich Biochemie, Biologie oder Chemie und haben optimalerweise erste Erfahrungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie gesammelt
- Sie sind selbständig, verantwortungsbewusst und besitzensehr guteKommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie haben Spass daran, sich in ein junges, dynamisches Team einzubringen, sind engagiert und besitzen Eigeninitiative
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
