**Context**

**Your missions**
- Develop, implement and drive continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Framework including policies, procedures, GRC tool and Operational Risks Programs (RCSA, Issue and Action Management, Incidents, KRI )
- Monitor and supervise Operational Risks to ensure compliance with the Group Risk Framework and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing production of 2nd line of defence operational risk reporting to key governance forums
- Effective collaboration with the other control functions and representatives of the business (1st line of defence) on key topics
- Work closely with the business (1st line of defence) to define and follow up on the improvement measures to return within the level of tolerance approved by the governing bodies where required
- Support delivery of change in risk management culture across the bank through design and implementation of training and awareness raising sessions
- Proactive identification of opportunities to continually enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operational risk management activities through automation, improved use of IT, etc.

**Your profile.**
- Excellent knowledge of Bank processes front to back, minimum 7 years’ experience in Banking, in a risk management or control function
- Excellent understanding of main operational risks within financial institutions (Swiss Bank, Asset Manager, foreign entities )
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework and the expectations of the various stakeholders (regulators, external auditors, etc.)
- **Experience with FINMA mandatory**
- **Experience with Business continuity Plan**
- Excellent people management skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement at all levels (both internal and external) including ability to manage conflict and influence widely across the organisation
- Knowledge of key private banking related regulations from Swiss and European perspective
- Knowledge and experience in project management is an advantage
- Fluent in **French and English**
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland

**Our recruitment process**

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

- A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
- If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
- After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
- If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that ye want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
