- Esperienza nella consulenza personale di clienti e nozioni di base in materia di previdenza e fondi, non ché interesse all’andamento dei mercati finanziari
- Passione per la vendita proattiva di prodotti e soluzioni, nonché soddisfazione e orgoglio di raggiungere obiettivi comuni
- Disponibilità a costruire relazioni proficue e al networking, nonché curiosità di conoscere i nostri clienti
- Interesse per i temi digitali e familiarità con l’uso delle nuove tecnologie
- Oltre alla vostra competenza sociale, è richiesto un elevato grado di flessibilità, disponibilità all’apprendimento, qualità del servizio e discrezione
- Intenso interesse verso il banking del futuro e capacità di entusiasmare i nostri clienti in tal senso
- Ottima padronanza del tedesco o buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; ogni ulteriore lingua costituisce un titolo preferenziale
- Un atteggiamento sicuro, un aspetto curato e le buone maniere sono alla base della vostra personalità vincente
