For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are searching for professionals to be included in our organization. In particular, we are looking for a PMO to be part on full-time mode of innovative and international projects in the Financial Services area.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Consolidate all different Project Plans into the Masterplan in cooperation with the Project Managers
- Plan, coordinate, and track Project Managers and resources allocated for the adoption (e.g. Testing, Training)
- Identify, monitor and track milestones, deliverables and tasks at Program Level
- Identify and manage with Project Managers main dependencies with other initiatives
- Coordinate and manage deliveries coming from the different Projects
- Projects controlling (risk identification / issue tracking and management / reporting...)
- Preparation of dashboards for stakeholders on Plan / Resources / Budget
- Preparation of Program Steering Committees

**Qualifications and Skills**
- At least 3 years of experience as PMO, preferably in Banking and Consulting area
- Degree in engineering, economics or computer science
- Experience in international IT project delivery
- Project planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
- Editing / reviewing / presenting project / program status report
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, preferably with C-Level or upper
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Working experience in agile and project management certifications will be considered as a plus
