Klenico Health ist ein Mental Health Startup (mit Ursprung an der Universität in Zürich, mit Standorten in Zürich und Berlin). Das Klenico Team hat in Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Kliniken in Europa eine digitale Lösung entwickelt, die psychische Belastungen sichtbar macht. Damit wird ein Problem adressiert, das weltweit über 700 Millionen Menschen betrifft. Klenico unterstützt Fachpersonen, Betroffene psychischer Beschwerden sowie Unternehmen und deren Mitarbeiter: innen individuelle psychische Belastungen zu verstehen, und dank präziserer Diagnostik schneller zur passenden Therapie zu verhelfen.

**Unser Team besteht aus Psycholog**: innen, Gesundheitswissenschaftler: innen, Business Professionals und Software Engineers.

**Wir suchen eine**: n Werkstudent: in (w/m/d), der: die: dey uns dabei unterstützt, Klenico auf das nächste Level zu heben. Idealerweise bist du noch mindestens ein Jahr im Studium und hast Lust auf eine sinnvolle und wertstiftende Arbeit in dieser Zeit.

Stellenantritt ab sofort, dein Arbeitsort ist präferiert Zürich.

Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der regulatorischen Strategie
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuerlichen Aktualisierung von Prozessen und Dokumentation nach ISO 13485 sowie Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumenten für die Technische Dokumentationen.
- Unterstützung in der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Audits und Inspektionen.
- Unterstützung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Regulatoy Affairs Berater: innen.

Qualifikation

Du studierst mit medizintechniknahem Schwerpunkt (z.B. Life Sciences, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Jus oder Quereinsteigende mit entsprechendem KnowHow).
- Du kannst uns mit mindestens einem 50-60% Pensum unterstützen.
- Du bist noch mindestens 12 Monate als Student: in eingeschrieben.
- Du hast erste praktische Berührungspunkte und Erfahrungswerte mit der Regulatorik von Medizinprodukten (MDR) durch Praktika oder Nebenjobs.
- Du besitzt ein hohes Mass an analytischer und vernetzter Denk
- und Handlungsweise, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe.
- Du zeigst hohes Engagement, kannst selbstständig Probleme lösen, bist flexibel und kommunikationsstark (auf Deutsch und Englisch).
- Dich interessieren komplexe Regulatorikthemen im Spannungsfeld der agilen Produktentwicklung.
- Dich interessieren Mental Health Themen.
