- Êtes-vous motivé(e) à conduire une équipe ? Êtes-vous parfaitement à l’aise pour servir des clients E&E (Executives et Entrepreneurs) ? Vous savez prodiguer des conseils d’exception en matière d’investissement, de succession d’entreprise et de wealth planning ? Nous recherchons une nouvelle responsable ou un nouveau responsable pour les tâches suivantes:
- vous motivez et dirigez l’équipe. Vous vous assurez que toutes les conseillères clientèle et tous les conseillers clientèle proposent des solutions adaptées aux attentes, besoins et objectifs de leurs clients.
- vous mettez en place des plans d’actions avec vos collaborateurs dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs de la banque de manière durable.
- vous soutenez notre culture de croissance avec un processus ciblé afin de gagner de nouveaux clients et de nouvelles parts de marché.
- vous développez un réseau auprès des executives et entrepreneurs sur l’ensemble de la région et vous positionnez la franchise E&E comme référence du marché romand.
- vous entretenez une saine et efficiente collaboration avec les différents partenaires internes et externes.
- vous exercez un rôle d’ambassadeur pour votre clientèle auprès des médias sociaux.
- vous évaluez constamment les forces et le potentiel de développement des membres de l’équipe. Vous convenez des mesures d’amélioration à mettre en œuvre.
- vous vous assurez que toutes les activités soient conformes à toutes les réglementations, directives et normes existantes. En même temps, vous promouvez une culture du risque efficiente.

- Vous serez au service de la clientèle E&E depuis notre siège lausannois. Nous sommes le principal partenaire stratégique de cette clientèle en matière de conseil global de premier ordre, de solutions d’investissement et de financement.

**Ce que nous souhaitons**
- diplôme universitaire et formation continue en banque ou en finance (MBA, CFA ou niveau de formation équivalent)
- vaste expérience dans le secteur bancaire, principalement dans la région suisse romande
- plusieurs années d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, le conseil et la négociation
- know-how dans les domaines des marchés financiers et/ou commerciaux
- passion pour le conseil et l’acquisition de nouveaux clients
- talent de leadership, de motivation et d’accompagnement d’équipe
- habileté à gérer la diversité culturelle et linguistique, curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies et ouverture à la digitalisation
- excellent niveau de français et d'anglais requis, toutes autres langues un atout
