**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct tax advice to business and finance teams.
- Prepare all tax returns for Swiss companies, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, and security transfer tax.
- Coordinate with external advisors to prepare US federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage fund repatriations, including withholding tax payments and reporting requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis of complex tax issues, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with international tax audits, defending the company's tax positions and ensuring effective resolution of audit issues.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company, and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Review tax due diligence reports and address major findings, providing input to mitigate tax risks
- Assistance with tax projects (e.g. Pillar 2 process implementation, structures simplification) as required.
- Partner with other members of the department and across the Group (e.g., Legal and Accounting) to achieve cross-functional and department priorities and initiatives.
- Provide support in environmental/green taxes, as required.

**Your Profile**:

- ** Educational Background**: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law, along with a Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte) or equivalent education (e.g., LLM in Swiss and International Taxation).
- ** Experience**: Over 4 years of experience as a tax manager in a multinational enterprise (MNE) or a large public accounting firm.
- ** Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn SAP.
- ** Work Style**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively as part of a team and with various external and internal stakeholders.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
