**Future Leaders - Programs coordinator**:
**Your mission**:
Work with the Future Leaders Programs Lead to curate high quality learning experiences that foster entrepreneurship and innovation mindset for EPFL students.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Lead the Changemakers program, including curriculum development, programming, mentorship, workshops facilitation, program internal and external promotion in collaboration with the VPI communication team
- Support the design and implementation of new students program in the context of entrepreneurship and innovation
- Planning student innovation activities, operations, events, and mentorship to ensure high program quality, as well as effective and efficient delivery
- Engage in outreach, including developing contents and promotional opportunities to recruit program participants; faculty, students, instructors, mentors, guest speakers, guest judges, etc.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, business management, education or other related field
- Entrepreneurship experience is a plus
- Use of Design Thinking in developing new products and services. Teaching andcoaching design thinking teams would be an advantage
- Ability in taking initiative, showing work ethic; ability to prioritize and independently execute tasks and produce required results
- Skills in communication and in networking skills; emotional intelligence, demonstrated sound judgment
- Organizational and project management skills
- You should have a working knowledge of English and French
