**What’s new with Aptar**

We have an exciting position open in Aptar Mezzovico: Project Manager - Molds Engineering, reporting to Molds Engineering Team Leader. This position will be based in Mezzovico and will be in charge of supervise industrialization projects related to molds.

**This is how your journey begins**
- You will coordinate engineering projects on existing molds and develop new equipment in partnership with our suppliers in compliance with approved plans and strategies.
- You will define and coordinates the activities on the sites molds in order to guarantee the correct functionality and efficiency of the equipment
- You will supervise the design & construction of new molds and improvements of existing equipments, collaborating with R&D, Quality and Operations to establish the User Requirement Specification for new molds.
- You will cooperate with R&D department and project managers during the development of new products or modifications of existing products, checking the influence on the molding process.

**What you will bring on the journey**
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields as mechanical or molding expert
- Experience: 3 years in Project Management; Experience in mold process and engineering is a must
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills and promotion of team work
- Project management
- Technical knowledge on the plastic mould / molding field and CAD software or Moldflow software
- Supplier management
- Knowledge of problem solving tools
- Knowledge of risk management
- Fluent in Italian and English (plus)
