Sales Assistant

For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Your mission**:

- Use CRM system to create opportunities and all activities connected to projects (samples, laboratory trials, quotations, Customer Files,) and follow-up all the activities within timing and method required - Manage logistics and administrative aspects - Organize events (fair, conferences, seminar, etc) together with Areas Sales Manager and Marketing and manage the daily marketing material (catalogues, leaflet, gadgets, etc..) - Prepare statistical data when delegate by Sales Director or Area Sales Manager - Remain at disposal of customers/agents for any request or information they may need - Support to the sales department in the consolidation of acquired customers

**Your profile**
- Degree in foreign languages or commercial
- Excellent selling skills and management of the relationship within multinational groups
- Fluency in English, any another European language is a plus
- Interpersonal skills in relationship to international organizations
- Problem solving
- Commitment to results
