**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un stagiaire en marketing digital pour épauler notre équipe de marketing digital.Nous proposons un stage rémunéré et encadré par des experts en marketing digital qui prendrons par à votre formation afin de vous apprendre à maitriser les meilleurs pratiques en matière de publicité numérique.

En tant que stagiaire en Paid Social & Programmatic, vous aurez pour mission de gérer, planifier, développer et mettre en œuvre et optimiser une variété de campagnes sur différentes plateformes publicitaires telles que Meta Business Manager, Google Ads ou DV360.

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Traffic E-commerce de Decathlon et faisant partie de notre équipe E-commerce en constante évolution, votre rôle consistera à configurer des campagnes, à les optimiser et à en rendre compte, avec différents objectifs allant de la notoriété à la conversion. Cette expérience vous permettra de diriger tous les aspects opérationnels de la publicité numérique.

- Exécution quotidienne, gestion et optimisation des campagnes de médias sociaux payants et programmatiques.
- Lancement de différents types de campagnes (notoriét
, trafic, conversion, remarketing, drive-to-store).
- Gestion de la performance par rapport aux budgets et objectifs fournis.
- Augmentation des ventes et acquisition de nouveaux clients efficacement.
- Fournir des informations à l'équipe de trafic pour développer une stratégie de marketing push.
- Fournir des mises à jour de performance hebdomadaires et mensuelles par rapport aux objectifs, en faisant des recommandations d'optimisation à l'équipe.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les leaders sportifs numériques et les magasins pour soutenir leurs opérations commerciales.
- Passionné(e) de sport
- Maîtrise du français, l'allemand serait un atout.
- Formation en marketing digital.
- Connaissance de Google Ads et Meta Business Manager serait un vrai plus.
- Bonne compréhension de Google Analytics.
- Un etat d'esprit axé sur la compréhension des données et l'optimisation des performances.
- Passionné(e) de publicité numérique.
- Certification Facebook BluePrint (préférée mais non requise).
- Certification Google Display & Video 360 (préférée mais non requise).
