Digital Care Coordinator

**Tâches principales**:

- Engagement auprès des clients : écouter et dialoguer avec les clients de manière courtoise et élégante
- Réponse rapide : répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients reçues par le biais du formulaire de contact du site web, en respectant les délais de réponse définis.
- Exactitude des informations : veiller à ce que les informations fournies dans les réponses soient exactes, à jour et conformes à l'offre, aux politiques et aux valeurs de la Maison.
- Résolution des problèmes : répondre efficacement aux préoccupations, questions et problèmes des clients, en cherchant à résoudre les demandes d'une manière qui dépasse les attentes.
- Collaboration transversale : collaborer avec des équipes internes telles que les ventes, le marketing, le développement de produits, etc. afin de recueillir les informations et les points de vue nécessaires pour apporter des réponses complètes aux clients.
- Boucle de retour d'information : recueillir et transmettre le retour d'information et les idées des clients aux départements concernés afin d'améliorer et d'affiner en permanence l'expérience des clients.
- Optimisation des outils : développement et amélioration continus des pratiques, des processus, des lignes directrices et des programmes de formation dédiés aux marchés.
- Croissance des agents locaux : guider les agents locaux à travers la stratégie internationale de Digital Care
- Reporting : générer des informations à partir des deux flux de données hébergées sur Salesforce et les Emplifi solutions.

**Profil**
- Sens du luxe : Forte affinité et compréhension de l'industrie du luxe, de ses tendances, des attentes des clients et des normes de la marque.
- Excellente Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, capables de rédiger des réponses éloquentes et soignées qui reflètent l'image de la Maison de luxe.
- Esprit centré sur le client : Passionné par l'expérience client exceptionnelle, capable de comprendre les besoins des clients et de fournir des réponses sur mesure.
- Souci du détail : Méticuleux, il veille à l'exactitude, à la cohérence et au respect des directives de la marque dans toutes les communications écrites.
- Gestion du temps : Maîtrise de la gestion d'un volume élevé de demandes tout en maintenant un haut niveau de réactivité et de qualité.
- Résolution de problèmes : Faire preuve d'ingéniosité pour trouver des solutions aux demandes des clients
- Capacité d'adaptation : A l'aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide, ouvert à l'apprentissage de nouvelles informations, de nouveaux produits et de nouvelles procédures.
- Collaboration au sein de l'équipe : Esprit d'équipe : capable de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles afin de fournir des réponses complètes et précises.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la relation client/des soins.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais et en français (la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus apprécié).
- Taux d'occupation : 80% à 100%
- Télétravail : possible jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine
