Aufgaben
- Wahrnehmung aller strategischen Einkaufsaktivitäten in den verantworteten Warengruppen Sensorik & Automatisierung zur optimalen Versorgung sowie Erwirtschaftung des Wertbeitrages
- Verantwortung für alle taktischen und strategischen Aktivitäten in der Warengruppe
- Entwicklung und Durchsetzung innovativer Warengruppen-/Lieferantenstrategien
- Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsvergleichen und Preis-/Vertragsverhandlungen
- Durchführung der notwendigen Genehmigungs-/Zertifizierungsverfahren
- Ausgabentransparenz, Markt/Portfolioanalysen
- Erstellung/Pflege von Vertragsvereinbarungen und Kontrolle der Vertragserfüllung, regelmäßige Lieferantenbewertung/- entwicklung gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und dem operativen Einkauf
- Identifikation geeigneter Optimierungshebel und Bewertung von Einkaufsrisiken zur ergebnisorientierten Steuerung von Einkaufsaktivitäten

Anforderungen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Einkäufer oder in ähnlicher Position
- Erfahrung in einem relevanten technischen Einkaufsbereich (Sensorik, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung usw.)
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in internationalen Vertragsverhandlungen und im Networking
- Vertrautheit mit Beschaffungsprozessen und Lieferantenmanagement
- IT- und Innovationsaffinität
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
