Dans cette fonction aux multiples facettes, vous répondez du soutien apporté sur les thèmes juridiques d'importance pour l'ensemble du groupe et contribuez ainsi aux objectifs et à la pérennité des CFF. Nous transportons chaque jour un million de voyageurs jusqu'à leur destination et sommes synonymes de qualité, de fiabilité et de durabilité. Chez Droit et compliance Corporate, des tâches passionnantes et variées vous attendent, ainsi qu'une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse.

Vous savez faire preuve de flexibilité et avez recours à la forme de travail "Work Smart", afin de travailler depuis votre domicile ou en déplacement.
- Ce que vous pouvez faire bouger.
- Dans votre fonction de Legal Counsel, vous garantissez un conseil et un soutien complets en matière de droit et de compliance en faveur de solutions avantageuses pour l'entreprise et conformes à la législation. Vous apportez des contributions de haute qualité et durables à la réalisation des objectifs des CFF.
- En tant que membre de l'unité spécialisée «Droit et compliance Corporate», vous vous concentrez sur les questions juridiques d'importance à l'échelle du groupe. Dans le cadre de cette fonction transversale, vous participez aux projets et dossiers des différentes unités opérationnelles des CFF (Voyageurs, Infrastructure y compris Énergie/Télécommunications, Immobilier, Trafic marchandises) et des autres directions spécialisées du groupe (en particulier HR et Finances). Vous acquérez ainsi une vaste vue d'ensemble des différents domaines d'activité des CFF.
- Le droit du travail constitue un élément central de votre activité. En collaboration avec une équipe dédiée, vous assurez le conseil aux unités HR et centres de solution HR sur les questions stratégiques et opérationnelles, vous menez des procédures en matière de droit du travail et vous poursuivez le développement des bases juridiques et des dispositions d'exécution de la CCT.
- Vous assurez également le suivi juridique des réorganisations/restructurations internes et prodiguez des conseils sur les questions de gouvernance d'entreprise. En outre, vous offrez un soutien juridique efficace lors de transactions et de projets de coopération des CFF et vous assurez un conseil sur la gestion des participations des CFF avec plus de 70 sociétés du groupe. Le soutien juridique à l'unité Achats du groupe complète votre domaine d'activité.

- Une large couverture des thèmes juridiques suscite votre intérêt et vous met au défi. Vous êtes curieux ou curieuse et, en tant que généraliste, vous vous familiarisez rapidement avec différentes questions juridiques.
- Un mode de réflexion et d'action conceptuel et axé sur la recherche de solutions, un talent marqué pour la négociation ainsi qu'une grande résistance au stress sont indispensables dans notre environnement dynamique et exigeant.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en droit et vous possédez idéalement une première expérience professionnelle en tant qu'avocat-e ou juriste d'entreprise.
- Votre capacité d'empathie et votre esprit d'équipe vous permettent d'aborder facilement les parties prenantes les plus diverses et de les convaincre de poursuivre des objectifs communs.
- Une bonne compréhension des enjeux économiques vous permettra d'accéder rapidement à cette fonction.
- Vous parlez couramment français ou allemand et possédez d'excellentes connaissances orales et écrites dans l'autre langue.
