**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für das ERP und die Applikationslandschaft
- Du bist in Abstimmung mit den Business Verantwortlichen zuständig für die integrale, nachhaltige und effiziente Abwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse
- Du bis das Bindeglied zwischen Business und IT
- Du führst Anforderungsanalysen aus und machst Definitionen und Konzeptionen, ausserdem sorgst du für die Einhaltung der Data Governance
- Du überwachst die Kosten innerhalb deiner Verantwortlichkeit und deiner Projekte
- Du planst deine globalen Teams inkl. der externen Berater ein
- Du sorgst für die Einhaltung agiler Projektmethoden und achtest auf die hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Zusammen mit dem CIO und dem Head of Infrastructure initiierst und koordinierst du Optimierungen in den Bereichen Prozesse, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bist eine gewinnende, agile Führungspersönlichkeit
- Du freust dich über die Arbeit im Team und hast eine hohe Kollaborationskompetenz
- Du prägst die Unternehmenskultur und verbindest Business und IT nachhaltig
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik und Betriebswirtschaft oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit umfangreicher Berufserfahrung
- Du hast tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Know-how im Bereich der Business Applikationen (vorzugsweise MS Dynamics D365 FO)
- Dein unternehmerisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln zeichnet sich aus
- Du arbeitest gerne strategisch und operativ und legst höchsten Wert auf die Qualität der Ergebnisse deiner Projekte und Prozessabläufe
- Du bis immer an neuen Technologien interessiert und kennst dich mit den neusten Applikationsänderungen und Entwicklungen aus.
- Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Freude daran im internationalen Umfeld zu agieren
- Du entscheidest auch in stressigen Situationen faktenbasiert und lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
- Dein Profil wird durch deine Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch abgerundet
