**Operations - Legal Team | Zurich, Switzerland | Full-time | 6 -12 months | Immediately**

At Auterion we are on a mission to power any drone, anywhere, whilst shaping the future of drone operations at scale. We enable this by building the operating system for safe, reliable, and efficient drone missions. Our comprehensive enterprise software is developed on top of the most widely used open-source flight controller for drones - PX4 - and it includes the ground station as well as the cloud tools to manage and monitor the drone fleet. We take great pride in using a community-powered approach as we continue to offer trusted software and services to our customers.

As a Legal Intern, you will join our VP of Finance & Legal and will directly support him with the execution of all different kinds of topics in corporate law, IP / IT law as well as any other legal topics that could come up in a scale-up company.

**In detail you will**
- Work closely with the VP of Finance & Legal to help reviewing and challenging the legal fundament of Auterion, being from material contracts, corporate housekeeping, internal regulations, IP / IT laws, Export Control, and much more
- You will be working closely with our legal partners (major Swiss Law firms) where you will receive final feedback as well as expertise and coaching if you have any questions
- You will help educate the team on different kinds of topics such as regulations, contracts, corporate law
- You will be able to proactively suggest legal priorities and topics you might be interested and they will be elaborated to be implemented

**We'd love to hear from you if**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in law or law and economics or a related field or equivalent through working experience. Experience in a major corporate law firm might be an advantage.
- You are interested in innovation, IT, Startups, Scale-ups and would like to learn how to be on the other side of of the legal firms
- You have strong administrative and structural skills as well as show ambition to learn
- Ability to communicate clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences, verbal and written.

You're continually optimizing your efficiency and you love working in iterations and really seeing solutions through. On top of that, you confidently speak up when something is unclear and you know when to offer your help to teammates and gladly do so.
