Your opportunity

We're excited to invite you to be a key player in one of our cutting-edge medical retail ventures. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our medical retail business. Working closely with our dedicated team, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer service, and the overall advancement of our venture.

Tasks
- Operational Mastery: Oversee and manage all operational facets of the business, ensuring seamless performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Customer Centricity: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and unwavering commitment to customer-centric service.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance existing business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Navigate the intricate landscape of regulations and partnerships, nurturing connections that form the foundation of operational teamwork.
- Strategic Synchrony: Collaborate closely with the rest of the founding team to shape the overall strategy and own the operational strategy in line with our broader mission, driving holistic growth.
- Motivational Driver: Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve their highest potential and deliver exceptional results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in launching and scaling Startups, successful exit preferred
- 5+ years of practical experience in an operational leadership role (COO or VP of Operations). Operational profiles with expertise in other high-paced industries (e.g., management consulting) will also be considered
- 2+ years track record of effectively managing teams with >10 members
- Expertise in customer service and customer success
- Proficiency in global business expansion, including overseeing teams across diverse geographical locations, is a plus
- Fluent in German; Swiss-German is a plus
- In-person presence in Zurich is expected
