Innovation Portfolio Administrator

A Geneva-based foundation, newly created, with a small team of dedicated and experienced professionals in the field of environmental protection and regeneration. **Unearthodox** focuses on social innovation, transformative change, asking the difficult questions needed to solve complex environment issues and regenerate nature. It seeks talented, unusual innovators who tackle systemic change in social systems for the sake of nature, including people.
**Function**:
Responsible for the administrative duties surrounding the Innovation Portfolio. Ensures a smooth implementation of the team's activities, initiatives and projects and keeps the digital workspaces and information organised and accessible. Coordinates with project managers and teams and reports on the projects' progress and resources. Handles data entry, coordinates and organises workshops and events, makes suggestions for process and systems improvements and is encouraged to contribute to developing innovation projects ideas.
**Profile**:
- 5 years experiences in project administration
- proven experience in organising both online and onsite meetings or events
- Experience working in an international environment and across multiple time zones
- Well organised, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in an NGO, foundation and/or the conservation arena an advantage
- Fluent English, other European languages a plus
- Excellent IT skills
