**Your field of responsibility**

Join our Global ALM & Treasury Risk team, which is responsible for, among other topics, FX market risk controls for the central Treasury function within Credit Suisse Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your risk knowledge and become an expert in an area under strong regulatory scrutiny and an extremely interesting and volatile market environment. The team is responsible for assessing the bank’s FX risk profile, the impact of material and unusual transactions or new business initiatives, understanding the P&L drivers, calibration of the risk appetite for the FX hedging portfolio of the bank and daily oversight of the reporting and data quality within Treasury’s space. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving daily interest rate risk reports, monitoring risk flags and limits, cooperating with the front office and other stakeholders. You will be positioned to recommend corrective actions and will need to escalate when necessary. This role also offers practical experience in preparing presentations for internal risk monitoring purposes and for Senior Management and interaction with the Finance, Front Office, and Treasury business areas.

**Your skills and experience**
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another quantitative area, or comparable level of education.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in either risk management, treasury, product control, regulatory audit or accounting is required.
- Results-oriented approach, the ability to work independently as well as in a team and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
- Specific day to day exposure to FX risk management and PnL processes and to market risk regulation (e.g. FRTB) would be an advantage.
- Very strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills with experience in working on large data sets, with the ability to identify key patterns and articulate them clearly.
- Solid MS Office knowledge, e.g. MS Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience in automation (e.g. SQL, VBA and/or Python) is a strong advantage.
- Real teammate with the ability to handle partners at all hierarchical levels and to establish positive relationships to front office and other specialists.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
