Our client, a very important Swiss CMO, is offering the role of Operations Team Leader.

The role can only be done from their location in Switzerland, and it will require relocating.

**Responsibilities**:
Setting clear expectations in terms of employees' daily tasks and duties;
Managing shift handovers, employee training, setting processes and allocating resources to meet project deadlines;
Ensuring the wellbeing of the project through the responsible and professional guidance of the success of the team as an integral part of the whole project.

**Requirements**:
Solid, proven experience in the production area of biologics, with an emphasis on GMP area;
High knowledge and skill level in all aspects of production;
Solid expertise in the setup, implementation and maintenance of production facilities;
Well versed in process engineering;
Studies in the field of pharma, biopharma or similar degree;
Knowledge and use of English at a professional level, German as a second language would also be highly valuable.
