In unserem engagierten Team "Legal Digital Products" stehen Menschen im Vordergrund und wir erarbeiten gemeinsam kreative Lösungen. Wir stehen im engen Austausch mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Legal & Compliance Einheiten und führen projektbasiert Outside Counsel. Die Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Stakeholdern wie dem Produktmanagement und den verschiedenen Kundenschnittstellen prägt unseren Arbeitsalltag. Dabei bewegen wir uns in einem dynamischen Umfeld und können mit unserer Arbeit einen strategisch wichtigen Geschäftsbereich mitgestalten.
Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Stakeholdern aufgrund weitreichender Schnittstellen (z.B. Produktmanagement, Legal Teams wie Handel, Verwahrung, Datenschutz, etc.)
- Umfassende rechtliche Unterstützung von Bankdienstleistungen im Bereich von Digital Products (inkl. internen Schulungen)
- Aktives Einbringen einer unabhängigen Perspektive bezüglich Compliance-Risiken
- Betreuung von Beschaffungsvorhaben im direkten Zusammenhang mit unseren Digital Products sowie weiteren Digitalisierungsvorhaben (z.B. TWINT)
- Beurteilen und Verhandeln von Verträgen mit Drittanbietern und Outsourcing-Providern
- Mitarbeit in Projekten und Studien (z.B. Helvetia der SNB, Buchgeld-Token der SBVg, etc.)
- Mitwirkung im Kompetenzzentrum für alle rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Digital Products (insbesondere auch die Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT))
- Teil der internen Legal & Compliance Practice Group
Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Hochschulabschluss (MLaw, lic.iur. oder Dr.iur.) und schweizerisches Anwaltspatent
- Juristische Zusatzausbildung wie LL.M. ist von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Erfahrung als Legal Counsel (2nd Line of Defense-Funktion) eines Finanzdienstleisters oder in einer wirtschaftsrechtlich orientierten Anwaltskanzlei (Bereich: Anlageprodukte & Dienstleistungen / Multichannel-Management / Beschaffungswesen einer Bank)
- Erfahrungen bei der Umsetzung von Produktregulierungen bei einem Finanzdienstleister in der Schweiz - ist ein Pluspunkt
- Hohe technologische Affinität insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich sowie zur DLT im Besonderen
- Flair für interdisziplinäre sowie agile Zusammenarbeit in einem hochregulierten Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um die Digitalisierung sowie die damit zusammenhängenden nationalen und internationalen rechtlichen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen
- Deine Belastbarkeit, dein strukturiertes Denken und Handeln sowie deine ausgeprägten, adressatengerechten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
